Xbox, iPod Adorn “Pimped Out John”

Al Bundy would be proud.  An American plumbing company has designed the ultimate man’s can, featuring a notebook computer, flat-panel television, iPod, and even an Xbox – somewhere in there.

Roto-Rooter is behind the design, and plans to give away this gorgeous invention through a web-based lottery.  The company is calling its toilet the “Pimped Out John”, and we couldn’t agree more.  It wouldn’t surprise us at all to see Xzibit gracing this throne any minute now.

Other than the digital music player and console, this high-tech toilet also features speakers, an attached refrigerator (filled to the brim with refreshments), and even a cycling exercise machine.

According to Roto-Rooter, the average individual spends nearly 12,000 hours sitting atop a toilet during their lifetime.  It’s a good reason, they say, to make it “the most wonderful location in your home.”

Roto-Rooter spent approximately $5,000 building its super John, which it will give away to those who sign up on the company’s website sometime between now and the second of April.

I don’t care how pimped out this toilet is, any video game controller used with that Xbox is officially “flagged”.

Oh, and how gross is it to consume refreshments on a toilet?

Although I respect WiiNintendo’s Mickey DeLorenzo for having lost nine pounds in six weeks on a Wii Sports diet, the prototype for a “Wii Weights” accessory seems a bit much.

Ok, I’m sure the ink can be scrubbed off, but if any readers are interested in the Apple hand-out, then listen up.
