&lt;p&gt;Based on what the AACS LA says about itself - I'm using the term AACS to include the legal body that defends the encryption schemes (including AACS and HDCP itself) in court.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And you can't Johnny Cochran your way out of that one even if you had the whole NAACP or the NCAA behind you!&lt;/p&gt;
