My Xbox 360 just died this morning from the red circle of death. But it still works for a while then crashes. But iz nice 2 know I can get a new 1 for free. :( :)

my xbox got the circle of death and we sent it back and got a new one. then it happended again last tuesday.now we have to send it back again.luckily, my brother works at Gamestop.

I much prefer Microsoft's consoles to Sony's at least when there's a problem Microsoft admit it and offer replacment unlike Sony just telling people it was due to misuse. The first Xbox with the power supply problems, Microsoft offered everyone affected with replacement cables, and now the RCOD (Red Circle of Death problem), Microsoft have done it again, admitted it's a problem and replacing consoles, unlike Sony the first Playstation had a problem with the ball bearings that held the CD in place, Sony wouldn't admit it was a known fault in the console, I've found a bug in the PS3 as well, the wi-fi card inside the PS3 doesn't appear to be properly sheilded, 2 of my friends have both got PS3's and they constantly get disconnections from the wi-fi and the only thing I can seem to put it down to is electromagnetic interferance from the console.
